CDC refuses to identify where Ebola tests originated

ebolaTuesday evening the CDC confirmed to Breitbart News that six individuals in the United States had been tested for Ebola. Those tests came back negative, but the CDC would not identify the states where they originated.

CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta reported Tuesday that half a dozen people had been tested for Ebola. It was not clear whether a patient who walked into Mount Sinai Hospital in New York Monday with “high fever and gastrointestinal problems” was one of those six or in addition to the six.

Tuesday afternoon, Breitbart News contacted the CDC with two questions. First, in which states were the six people who had been tested located? Second, had the tests come back and what were the results?

Federal appeals court panel says most Obamacare subsidies illegal

obamacare-logoIn a potentially crippling blow to Obamacare, a Federal appeals court declared Tuesday that government subsidies worth billions of dollars that helped 4.7 million people buy insurance on HealthCare.gov are illegal.

The 2-1 ruling said such subsidies can be granted only to people who bought insurance in an Obamacare exchange run by an individual state or the District of Columbia — not on the federally run exchange, HealthCare.gov.

The ruling relied on a close reading of language in the Affordable Care Act.

“Section 36B plainly makes subsidies available in the Exchanges established by states,” wrote Senior Circuit Judge Raymond Randolph, who was joined by Judge Thomas Griffith in the majority decision on the case known as Halbig v. Burwell.

Paul Ryan – What Obama won’t tell you about Medicare and ObamaCare

Speaking at The Villages near Orlando, Florida on August 18, 2012, Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan brilliantly articulated the case against ObamaCare.

His best line of the day? Commenting on President Obama’s recent transfer of $716 billion from Medicare to pay for his own “signature legislative achievement,” Ryan proclaimed, “Medicare shouldn’t be a piggy bank for ObamaCare!”

Paul Ryan: Hiding Spending Doesn’t Reduce Spending

Watch as vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan (R-WI) explains the Federal government’s fiscal position in 2010, and why implementation of ObamaCare (read the bill here, if you dare) would be a financial disaster. This HAS to be the longest period of time President Barack Hussein Obama has ever sat and listened to anyone, about anything.

President Obama looks more than uncomfortable during this rational deconstruction of his “signature legislation.” Let’s hope former President Obama looks just as uncomfortable when he concedes on election night 2012.

The bureaucratic nightmare we call ObamaCare

The officially- (and misleadingly-) titled “Affordable Care Act” was not written by ordinary citizens or healthcare professionals. It was crafted in the dark of night by single-payer advocates, lobbyists, temporary politicians and professional leftists.

Our thanks to Rep. Allen West (R-FL) for tweeting this image, which clearly shows that ObamaCare is a bureaucratic nightmare. This un-Constitutional, socialist takeover of America’s healthcare system must be repealed immediately.
